In the address field of your internet browser, enter http://elms.umd.edu. The browser will take
you the the Blackboard front page. From the Blackboard front page, follow these steps:
1. Login to ELMS/Blackboard using your student directory ID and password. If you have difficulty
logging in to ELMS/Blackboard, consult the Login Help page at the following address:
https://elms.umd.edu/bbcswebdav/orgs/LTWS/student/_student_login_cas.html.
2. Once you are logged in, find your course list on the right hand side of the page. Select
COMM250.
3. At the COMM250 page, select Course Tools.
4. At the Course Tools page for COMM250, select Course Reserves.
5. On the Course Reserves page for COMM250, find the reading that you are searching for. Click on
the reading.
6. You will be sent to a new page with the option "View this item." Select this option. After you
select "View this option," the reading will appear in your browser. From this page you may download the reading
in pdf.
